Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Expedited orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Custom or engraved orders may require an additional 3–5 business days for processing.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays as carriers do not deliver on these days.

2nd Day and Overnight options are guaranteed within the time frame promised, excluding weekends and holidays. If delivery exceeds the expected time, customers are eligible for a refund of the shipping cost.

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts applied).

Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $6.99 for Standard Shipping.

International Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Split Shipments
For efficiency, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to item availability or fulfillment center locations. If applicable, tracking information will be provided for each package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Roy Engraving Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, we are happy to assist in filing claims with the carrier. Please contact us at [Insert Email] with your order and tracking details.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Certain shipping options may not be available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For faster and more reliable delivery, we recommend using a physical address.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in the shipping option. Please note that customs clearance may cause additional delays.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
To ensure delivery before major holidays or special occasions, we recommend placing your order at least 10 business days in advance for domestic orders and 15 business days for international orders.
Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Roy Engraving Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Refunds or credits will not be issued in these situations.
Refunds for Shipping Delays
Refunds for shipping costs will be provided for 2nd Day and Overnight options if the carrier fails to deliver within the promised time frame. Refunds are not offered for delays affecting Standard or Priority shipping options caused by external factors.
Returns Related to Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. For more details, refer to our Return Policy.
