Refund Policy

At Roy Engraving Co., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  1. Custom/Personalized Products:

    • Due to the nature of custom and engraved products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items unless:

      • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

      • There is an error in engraving caused by Roy Engraving Co. that does not match the approved design or details provided by you.

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all design details, spelling, and specifications are correct at the time of order submission.

  2. Non-Custom Products:

    • Unused and non-custom items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Process for Returns and Refunds

  1. Step 1: Contact Us

    • To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at:

    • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Step 2: Return Authorization

    • If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

  3. Step 3: Ship the Item Back

    • For eligible returns, ship the product back to the address provided in the return instructions.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

  4. Step 4: Refund Processing

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom or engraved products (except in cases of defects or engraving errors).

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund if applicable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders for custom/engraved products can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

  • Non-custom product orders can be canceled up until the order has shipped.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:

    • Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
